Refresh Faded Pavement Markings
Sun, rain, salt air, turning tires, tourism traffic, and sealcoating can make parking lot lines hard to see. Re-striping restores clean organization without changing the basic layout of your property.
We check whether existing markings are still readable enough to follow, whether ADA and fire lane areas need adjustment, and whether the surface is dry enough for paint. If sealcoat is fresh, curing time matters. Painting too early can shorten the life of the new markings.
When to Re-Stripe
- Lines are faded or hard to see at night
- Customers park outside marked spaces
- The lot was recently sealcoated, patched, or resurfaced
- ADA, crosswalk, or fire lane markings need better visibility
- Tenant traffic requires phased work instead of full closure
